Galentine’s Champagne Punch
Sweet, bubbly, and festive, this pink champagne punch is the ultimate Galentine’s drink. With a heart-shaped ice mold made of cranberry juice, lemons, and strawberries, it’s as fun to serve as it is to sip.
Pink Champagne Punch (with Heart-Shaped Ice Mold)

Ingredients
- 1 bottle (750 ml) pink champagne, chilled
- 1 bottle (750 ml) rosé wine, chilled
- 1 cup cranberry juice (for extra flavor and color)
- 1 cup vodka
- ½ cup Grand Marnier or orange liqueur (optional for an extra kick)
- 2 cups sparkling water or club soda, chilled
- Fresh raspberries or strawberries (for garnish)
- Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)
For the Heart-Shaped Ice Mold:
- Cranberry cocktail juice
- Lemon slices (thinly sliced)
- Fresh strawberries (halved or sliced)
- Heart-shaped silicone mold or cake mold
Instructions
- Prepare the Heart-Shaped Ice Mold (the night before):
- Fill the heart-shaped mold with cranberry cocktail juice.
- Add lemon slices and strawberries, arranging them to be visible for decoration.
- Freeze overnight.
- Mix the Punch:
- In a large punch bowl, combine the pink champagne, rosé wine, cranberry juice, and Grand Marnier (if using). Stir gently to mix without losing the bubbles.
- Add the Sparkling Water:
- Just before serving, pour in the sparkling water for extra fizz.
- Float the Heart Ice Mold:
- Gently place the heart-shaped ice mold into the punch bowl.
- Garnish:
- Add fresh raspberries or strawberries and mint leaves for an extra festive touch.
