Looking for a foolproof brisket recipe. This crockpot brisket is my go-to for Taco Tuesday, family gatherings, or a weekend meal that fills the house with an irresistible aroma. It’s easy, uses just three ingredients, and makes enough to feed a crowd!
Servings: Adjust based on 1/2 lb of raw brisket per person. Remember, brisket shrinks during cooking due to fat, so if you don’t account for the fat content, you’ll end up with less meat than you planned.
This brisket is perfect for brisket tacos, hearty sandwiches, or loaded stuffed potatoes. Don’t forget: brisket has a lot of fat, so plan accordingly when buying. The smell alone will have everyone asking when dinner’s ready!
Enjoy, and make sure to share this recipe with friends!
