Easy Crockpot Brisket

Ingredients

brisket
aim for 1/2 lb per person, accounting for fat

Lipton Onion Soup Mix
▢

brisket marinade (*see notes)
Instructions
Place the brisket fat-side up in your crockpot.
Sprinkle the Lipton Onion Soup Mix evenly over the brisket.
Pour the brisket marinade on top, ensuring it coats the meat.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours, or until the brisket is tender and easy to shred.
Once done, remove the brisket from the crockpot and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing or shredding.

I use the Allegro Brisket & Fajita Gold Buckle. I swear by it but any brisket marinade will work.
