Easy Crockpot Brisket

Equipment
  • 1 crockpot
Ingredients
  • 4-6 lbs brisket aim for 1/2 lb per person, accounting for fat
  • 1 packet Lipton Onion Soup Mix
  • 1 cup brisket marinade (*see notes)
Instructions
  • Place the brisket fat-side up in your crockpot.
  • Sprinkle the Lipton Onion Soup Mix evenly over the brisket.
  • Pour the brisket marinade on top, ensuring it coats the meat.
  • Cover and cook on low for 8 hours, or until the brisket is tender and easy to shred.
  • Once done, remove the brisket from the crockpot and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing or shredding.
Notes
*I use the Allegro Brisket & Fajita Gold Buckle. I swear by it but any brisket marinade will work.
