Blackberry Gin Fizz

Ingredients
  • 2 oz gin
  • 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup adjust to taste
  • 5 fresh blackberries
  • Tonic water to top
  • Garnish: fresh blackberries and a twist of lemon
Instructions
  • In a shaker, muddle the blackberries with the lemon juice and simple syrup until well combined.
  • Add gin and a handful of ice, then shake well.
  • Strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
  • Top with tonic water, stirring gently to mix.
  • Garnish with a few fresh blackberries and a twist of lemon.
